Corinne Wertz, RDH

Corinne is one of our two amazing hygienists. She graduated from the Baltimore City Community College Dental Hygiene Program as President of her Class in 2009 and received the Outstanding Leadership Award (recognized by the MDHA). Our patients love her warm, outgoing personality and gentle touch.

Corinne and her husband, Josh, live in Hanover, Pennsylvania with their 2 adorable children Landon and Lilyanna, and their bulldog Diesel.  Corinne loves to shop for her home, spend time with her family and has recently delved into cooking.

Shirley Doster, RDH

Shirley has definitely worked her way up through the ranks! She earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Dental Assisting from Essex Community College in 1977 and started her dental career with Dr. Dennis Uhlfelder.  She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland in 2001 and her Masters of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland in 2004.  She has been with Dr. Minch’s team since he purchased Dr. Uhlfelder’s practice in 2013.

Shirley resides in Southern York County, Pennsylvania, on her farm with her rescue dachshund, Rocky.  She loves traveling- anywhere- especially to the National Parks of this beautiful country… and she loves all things Disney!

Kyleigh Cole, Dental Assistant

Kyleigh is our newest team member and our superstar Dental Assistant. She lives in Hanover PA and, like our hygienists Shirley and Corinne, drives over an hour to come to work because she loves our office that much! She enjoys spending time with her family as well as her dog (a beautiful Husky) named Mya.

What sets Dr. Minch apart from most dentists is his relentless pursuit of excellence in both his clinical practice, as well as his pursuit of continuing education both as a student and a mentor to other dentists. I first came to know Dr. Minch as a co participant in a workshop down in Brazil given by a master clinician. He is part of an elite group of dentists at the Spear Institute who volunteer their time as visiting faculty to mentor other dentists from all over the world. I recently took part in a special workshop Dr. Minch put together at great effort that brought in a dentist of international reknown. The reward for Dr. Minch was simply that he could make a difference. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Minch as a colleague and a friend.
